from the archives: Winters coming, this was taken last winter near Durbanville.

I know this road so well!! In-laws stayed in Durbanville and before that at Die Tinkerberg landgoed.

Awesome colors and I love your composition. Looks like a road to nowhere :)

Gorgeous landscape, Graham. The detail in the barbed-wire is so sharp and then it just trails off into infinity. The color and textures and composition all work to make this a beauty!

It's a nice shot, I almost feel it'd work better in B&W though to give it more of a lonely feel!

@DaveB: Thanks Dave. Good idea, tried it using VirtualPhotographer plug in, and settled on a nice copper colored bw, will post in the future.
