Road to Nowhere

From the archives. This was taken near De Doorns, after getting lost, this stretch of road, just seemed to go on forever.

Amazing..... such a view down that road, the title fits the image too. Beautiful landscape. I get lost even with satnav..!

This is such a good shot, the textures of the tarmac and the gravel, the incredibly straight white lines, and the blue mountains in the distance. I love it.

Quite a mesmerising composition with the perspective of the road and its white line. Cloud highlights are a bit lacking in the upper right side, although this is a small detail. Otherwise, a great image. I'm impreseed how you've been able to make this so interesting without including any other subject, such as a vehicle or person.
