Strange Ship

On Friday morning as I came over Plattekloof hill, heading towards work. I saw this really strange looking ship in Table Bay. At lunch time a colleague and I headed off to Table View, to take some shots of this ship. I have not been able to find any further information on it.

Can only assume its something to do with the Oil industry, and is here for replenishment/repairs.
